Project involves approximately 34,000 S.Y. of partial depth asphalt milling and overlay, 9,200 S.Y. of asphalt pulverizing and repaving, 430 L.F. of trail repaving, 2,500 S.Y. of parking lot reconstruction, base patching, concrete curb and gutter replacement, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramp removal and replacement, asphalt and concrete driveway removal and replacement, asphalt binder and surface course paving, structure adjustments and repairs, pavement markings, erosion control, miscellaneous pavement patching, traffic control, and restoration. Est. Value:$ 1,000,000.00 All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Village of Hartland and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Hartland reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Partial sets of Bidding Documents are not available. Neither Owner, Engineer nor Issuing Office is responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including any Addenda, obtained from other sources. The cost of Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Hartland at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Hartland as liquidated damages.
