As of June 23, 2022, a designer has been selected. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Notice is hereby given that the Town of Northlake is now calling for proposals for consulting and design services to develop a design(s) for community gateway monuments and landscaping within the Town of Northlake. The Town of Northlake reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. The Project consists of: 1. Creating a coordinated group of signs that welcome people to the Town and direct them to the places they want to go; 2. Integrate the Towns identity and brand where appropriate into the monument signage. Direct questions regarding the Request for Proposal can be directed to Jennifer Goldfield., at (940) 648-3290, Ext. 214 or via email at jgoldfield@town.northlake.tx.us. The deadline for questions regarding the proposals is April 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The Town of Northlake reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within ninety (90) days from date on which bids are opened. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
