Renovation of a stadium in Lake Placid, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
scope includes: All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to construct a 30'x102' combined storage barn and carpenters/plumbers/electricians shop. The work scope also includes the construction of a 18'-8"x24'-8" Zamboni garage and snow melt pit addition to the 1932 Olympic arena. Work includes building construction with associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communication and fire protection systems. Site work includes utility connections, rough grading and associated ancillary construction. Work includes full cooperation and coordination with other contracts that are involved in the Project and final clean up. Time is of the essence. Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.
