Only Bids prepared on the forms provided by the City of Saint-Rémi and available on the Electronic Tender System website will be considered . The Bidder must include in its Bid a certified cheque, money order or bank draft drawn on a financial institution and payable to the City of Saint-Rémi or a Bid bond issued by a financial institution in the amount of ten one hundred (10%) of the total Bid (before taxes). The Bidder must also include a letter of commitment from a financial institution or an insurance company doing business in Quebec, certifying that a work performance bond will be issued in favor of the City of Saint-Rémi.
