Site work, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Cesaire, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; and for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel.
Development of Timothee-Kimber Park. The scope of the project includes the construction of pedestrian paths and picnic and relaxation areas, installation of street furniture and game modules, development of a multipurpose path along the river, construction of a footbridge connecting the two sections of the park, construction of a parking lot, construction of rest, shade providing and service structures. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are being prepared by professional consultants by construction packages. Contract for the tender for the first construction package was awarded is followed in the report under CRM ID name Development of Timothée-Kimber Park (Phase 1). Working drawings of subsequent construction packages are underway. Second phase will follow in 2024.
