Awardee: Tegrity Contractors - $394,417.53 Estimated budget: $525K - $575K (Includes All Alternates) The work to be bid is generally as follows: Construction of concrete parking lot at the southeast corner of the Knox Street and McKinney Street intersection and installation of underground trash receptacle systems at two locations in downtown area of the City of Ennis as depicted in the Bid Documents. The parking lot construction consists of, but not limited to, the following items: removal of existing asphalt, concrete sidewalk, driveway and steps; grading; construction of concrete parking lot, concrete sidewalk, brick and concrete ramp, planters and landscaping, irrigation and electrical. The installation of underground trash receptacle systems includes, but is not limited to, the following items: installation of precast concrete vaults for trash receptacles; construction of concrete foundation slab, underdrain system, bollards; and concrete sidewalk replacement. Precast concrete vaults and trash containers will be provided by City. Notice to Proceed will be issued after April 30, 2022. The allotted time for construction is 90 calendar days. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors of the State of Texas and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
