The City of Dawson Creek invites bids for the clean-up, trimming and cutting of private property and adjoining public places that are found in contravention of Property Maintenance Bylaw No. 4190, 2013. The successful bidder will be expected to enter into a three-year term starting April 4, 2022 and ending December 31, 2024. All contract documents are available through BC Bid. The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid. Questions regarding specifications can be directed to Shawn Henrickson, Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer, at shenrickson@dawsoncreek.ca. Do not submit proposals or pricing information to this email address. Bidders must refer to the RFQ Documents for the terms governing the Bid process. Quotations shall be prepared and submitted at the sole expense of the proponent and without cost to the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek. All quotations received by the City of Dawson Creek Corporate Officer become the property of the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The City of Dawson Creek will not accept bids submitted from companies that are owned by City employees.
