Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, vehicles, etc. to remove wastewater, non-hazardous water, petroleum-water mixture, non-hazardous sludge, non-hazardous soapy water, detergent and sand, and hydraulic fluid from tanks, basins etc.. for the Broward County Transportation (BCT) Department and various other Broward County agencies that my have need of these services and products. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Basis of Award - Award of this contract will be made to the responsive, responsible bidders on a total price (sum of all items) basis. Per paragraph 7 of the General Terms & Conditions, the County reserves the right to award as deemed in its best interest.A bidder must bid on all items within the group to be considered for award; otherwise, the group will be construed as incomplete and may be rejected. Bid Allowance: This solicitation includes allowances. It is not necessary to add the allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on final bid tabulation. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Contract duration: 1 year
