This work involves furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to replace the existing field turf, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Lamp Rynearson, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska ("Engineer"). Bids are to be completed on the bid form contained in the Bid Documents. One completed copy of the bid, including all required information, attachments, exhibits and a bid bond as required in Section 1.2, with original signatures by the bidder, are to be submitted to the District in accordance with the Bid Documents. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any and all technicalities and irregularities and award the contract based on its determination of the best interests of the District.
