SCOPE OF SOLICITATION The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is soliciting proposals for an Exhibit Design Company to provide renovations to the Edisto Environmental Learning Center (ELC) at Edisto Beach State Park, located at Oyster Row Ln. Edisto Island, SC 29438. The renovations must include designing, fabricating, and implementing a new exhibit in an existing exhibit hall that will increase water quality knowledge and encourage positive action towards maintaining healthy estuaries. The renovations may begin upon receipt of the purchase order and must be completed no later than December 31, 2022. QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 3/7/2022 12 Noon e.s.t.
