Cabot Public Schools is soliciting responses from interested Construction Managers to provide professional services for New Classrooms and Stadium Expansion using the General Contractor/Construction Manager as a Project Delivery Method. The Architect for the Project is Lewis, Elliott, McMorran, Vaden, Ragsdale & Woodward, Inc., 11225 Huron Lane, Suite 104, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211. Completion of the project is scheduled for December, 2023. Professional services required: Bid package development, pricing (guaranteed maximum price), subcontractor pricing and selection, scheduling, project coordination, construction, project close-out and warranty Written responses will be evaluated by a school district team and selection shall be based on responses to the following: 1. Company history. 2. Experience of key personnel in Construction Management projects. 3. Support staff and resources required to complete a project of this size. 4. Prior experience with renovations and remodeling of existing facilities, K-12, including contract amount and contact information. 5. Current and projected workload. 6. Current maximum bonding capacity and rate.
