Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Water Plant No. 1: The work includes but is not limited to: top-coating of Ground Storage Tank Nos. 1 and 2 and Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1; the blasting and recoating of the interior roof, rafters and the top three-feet (3') of the interior wall for Ground Storage Tank No. 2; and the removal and replacement of the interior ladder, fall protection device and overflow weir of Ground Storage Tank No. 2; removal and replacement of the existing access manway bolts for Hydropneumatic Tank Nos. 1 and 2; the exterior recoat of the main breaker enclosure; and all else specified and shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functional water plant facility. Water Plant No. 2: The work includes but is not limited to: top-coating the exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank Nos. 1, 2 and 3; blasting and recoating to all District owned piping at the surface water metering station; replacement of corroded tap saddle; touch-up coating of overflow weir boxes at Ground Storage Tank Nos. 1 and 2; the removal and replacement of the existing access manway bolts for Hydropneumatic Tank Nos. 1 and 3; and all else specified and shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functional water plant facility.
