Landscape Maintenance Service at the resident-occupied Public Housing, Agency Owned, Managed Developments, and AHA Central Office. Summary of Work The work includes weekly landscaping maintenance at the developments and the central office. The contractor, at their sole expense, shall perform all labor and services and furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies transportation, utilities as necessary for the performance of the schedule of work as noted in the Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the intent of these General Conditions to present and maintain all areas as outlined in a clean, orderly, and thrifty manner for all common areas of the developments. All of the properties are either owned or operated by the AHACV. All properties must be visited by the bidding contractor to familiarize themselves with and evaluate the scope of time needed at each site. The AHACV reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder not on the GSA List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Non-Procurement Programs. No Bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the AHACV.
