Invitation for Bid P2110010 Mount Shasta Hatchery Facility Maintenance and Repair In the opinion of the CDFW, this IFB is complete and without need of explanation; however, if you have questions, please contact by email: Jillian Harris California Department of Fish and Wildlife P.O. Box 944209 Sacramento, CA 94244-2090 Jillian.Harris@wildlife.ca.gov Please note that no verbal information given will be binding upon the State unless such information is issued in writing as an official addendum. Questions via phone calls or in person are not accepted. This solicitation has been exempted from DVBE Participation Program requirements. However, for those firms voluntarily utilizing DVBE subcontractors, there will be an incentive applied to the level of DVBE participation identified in the bid response not to exceed five percent (5%). For more information, see section, J.2. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Incentive. The contract term will be upon California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) approval date through twenty-four (24) months. Extensions of Terms The resulting Agreement may be amended to extend the term by one (1) year if it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Upon signing the amendment, the bidder hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement. Final Date for Question Submission 3/4/2022
