Project No: BR 20E9-27-4 (21) The proposed work is located upon the public highway in the County above mentioned. Said proposed improvements include the construction of the following work together with all work involved and indicated by the plans and specifications. Project Number BR20E9-27-4(21) 42 56 42 Reinforced Concrete Haunched Slab (RCSH), with a 28 roadway. This bridge is located on SW River Valley Road, approximately 0.1 mile north of Highway US-54. This is 1.5 miles west of the City of Augusta, in Augusta Township. This project will be bid and built in accordance with the Standard Specifications of the Kansas Department of Transportation, Edition 2015, together with the general provisions, special conditions and supplements included herein. The provisions in these documents shall be considered to supersede the requirements of Standard Specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond acceptable to the County in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable without condition to the County as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute such contract in accordance with the proposal. Butler County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. Plans and Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk at the Courthouse, El Dorado, Kansas, and are available for public inspection there, or at the office of the Butler County Engineer, El Dorado, Kansas.
