Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

* Section 00 41 43, Tender Form, page 5, please note at the line 16, we should read: "Granular SUB-base materiel installed, graded and compacted." It represents the 0 - 3". Work under this Contract covers, but is not limited to the following: .1 Installation of new water main and valves. .2 Installation of a new sanitary sewer main and manhole .3 Installation of water and sanitary sewer services for clubhouse and a new building. .4 Demolition of a section of the existing parking .5 Reinstatement of the parking up to granular base. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the reception desk of the Edmundston City Hall, by plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125. A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulations of the Crown Construction Contract Act, as amended, apply to this contract (Regulation 82-109).
