Reference Number NB-EDM-2022-059 CONSTRUCTION, MINING, EXCAVATING AND HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT EARTHMOVING AND EXCAVATING EQUIPMENT CRANES AND CRANE SHOVELS COMPACT EXCAVATOR TENDER CALL 2022-059 The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the purchase of one (1) new Compact Excavator. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender. A Bid Bond, a bank draft or a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the Municipality of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a bank draft or certified cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted.
