Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offer for the installation of a fire detection and alarm system at Edmundston's Golf Club. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2014-93 of the Procurement Act (O.C.2014-273), apply to this tender. The latest revision and amendments of the Regulations of the Crown Construction Contract Act, as amended, apply to this contract (Regulation 82-109). A Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the accepted tender price or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 20% of the accepted tender price. Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained only at the Development Department, located on the 2nd floor of Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or by calling 506-739-2125.
