The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present a project proposal for a project proposal for the development of a master plan for the Petit Sault Parc, to the conditions of the tender document. The bidding procedures must be as outlined in the most recent revision and its amendments to By-law 94-157 established under the Public Purchasing Act, L.N.-B. 1974, c. P-23.1 Tenders will have to be signed and the name, address and phone number of the tenderer will also have to be indicated. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and tenders received after the specified closing time and date will not be accepted. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
