Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary and required for the completion of the application of roofing as indicated on the construction drawings and/or specified herein. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following items: Truss Plates 1. Proper staging of materials. Materials shall arrive onsite in their manufacturers labeled packaging. 2. Manufacture gusset/truss plates as described in Exhibit E. 3. Use stainless steel, or galvanized materials that has a Tnemic paint offering corrosion resistance, for the gusset/truss plates to get the maximum life/use of the materials. 4. Remove and properly dispose of existing plates, bolts, nuts, etc. 5. Replace with new gusset/truss plates bolts, nuts, etc. while not causing additional damages to the remaining structural components. Contractor is urged to use supports while replacing the plates and the contractor should not remove more than one (1) plate at a time. Fabricate and/or weld new gusset/truss plates, remove existing, and replace truss/gusset plates at the Casino Beach Pavilion on Pensacola Beach. Project must be completed by May 15, 2022.
