LOT 1: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Public Safety Main Building, 1 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola, FL. LOT 2: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Park East Bathroom, Hwy 399, Pensacola, FL LOT 3: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Park West Bathroom and Pavilions, Hwy 399, Pensacola, FL. LOT 4: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Public Works - Casino Beach Pavilion, 20 Casino Beach Boardwalk, Pensacola, FL. Lot 5: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Public Works Equipment Pavilion, 25 Via De Luna, Pensacola, FL. Lot 6: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Public Works Landscape Maintenance Building, 25 Via De Luna, Pensacola, FL. Lot 7: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Public Works Main Office Building, 25 Via De Luna, Pensacola, FL. Lot 8: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Public Works Vehicle Maintenance Building, 25 Via De Luna, Pensacola, FL. Lot 9: This contract is to remove and replace the herein specified damaged components located at the Pensacola Beach - Public Safety Fire Station #13, 902 Via De Luna, Pensacola, FL. Ground Level Foyer 1. Proper staging of materials. Materials shall arrive onsite in their manufacturers labeling and be kept in a watertight/temperature safe environment prior to installation as per all manufacturers' recommendations that apply. 2. Remove approximately 200 SF or moisture damaged gypsum and floated plaster coating down to the adjacent substrate to be properly disposed of. 3. Once existing components have been removed, assess the adjacent substrates and structural components, such as wall studs, for adverse moisture damages. 4. Install 200 SF new like kind and quality interior gypsum per manufacturer recommendations. What appeared to be a gypsum-based plaster flood coat was observed to be floated on the existing interior gypsum. A like and compatible component should be floated over the newly installed gypsum and painted to aesthetically match the adjacent components. Command Center 1. Proper staging of materials. Materials shall arrive onsite in their manufacturers labeling and be kept in a watertight/temperature safe environment prior to installation as per all manufacturers' recommendations that apply. 2. Remove approximately 11 linear feet of faux marble atop the interior windowsill return. 3. Remove approximately 40 SF or moisture damaged gypsum and floated plaster coating down to the adjacent substrate to be properly disposed of. 4. Remove approximately 15 SF or moisture damaged plaster from concrete column. 5. Once existing components have been removed, assess the adjacent substrates and structural components, such as wall studs, for adverse moisture damages. Weight Room 1. Proper staging of materials. Materials shall arrive onsite in their manufacturers labeling and be kept in a watertight/temperature safe environment prior to installation as per all manufacturers' recommendations that apply. 2. Remove approximately 30 SF or moisture damaged gypsum and floated plaster coating down to the adjacent substrate to be properly disposed of. 3. Once existing components have been removed, assess the adjacent substrates and structural components, such as wall studs, for adverse moisture damages. 4. Install 30 SF new like kind and quality interior gypsum per manufacturer recommendations. What appeared to be a gypsum-based plaster flood coat was observed to be floated on the existing interior gypsum. A like and compatible component should be floated over the newly installed gypsum and painted to aesthetically match the adjacent components. Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment and services of every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good workmanlike manner the Work required by the Contract Documents. Contractor shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds, in the form prescribed in Exhibit B, in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount, the costs of which to be paid by Contractor Contractor hereby expressly waives and relinquishes any right which it may have to seek to characterize the above noted liquidated damages as a penalty, which the parties agree represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the County's actual damages at the time of contracting if Contractor fails to substantially complete the Work in accordance with the progress schedule If the contractor has questions regarding the Application of chapter 119, florida statutes, to the Contractor's duty to provide public records relating To this contract, contact the custodian of public Records at Escambia County Office of the County Administrator 221 Palafox Place, Suite 420 Pensacola, Florida 32502 (850) 595-4947 Work shall be completed within 45 calendar days FEMA Project Number: 177753, 177004, 177203, 178784, 177753
