The Waco Independent School District will be accepting electronic bids for HVAC filters & Installation Services. This Competitive Sealed Bid is being issued for the purpose of selecting a contractor to provide HVAC Filters and Installation to all Waco ISD locations. In the attachment section of the online bidding system, a "filters by location" is provided to assist in determining the total annual cost by location. The following specifications are the minimum requirements for filters provided in this bid; an additional alternate bid may be submitted, however no guarantees, from the District, that an alternate brand will be considered. The District is requesting pricing, based on current filter quantities, by campus; however, in the event that additional filters are needed, due to school modifications or new units installed, the awarded contractor will negotiate a new campus cost with the Maintenance Department. This will result in a contract modification that will need to be submitted to the Business Services Department for approval. A contract entered into as a result of an award by the District under this Solicitation must be available to begin providing goods and/or services starting on April 1, 2022 and continue to be valid for a term of one-yea, expiring on March 31, 2023. Additionally this contract allows for three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options if mutually agreeable
