Transportation Region/Bureau: Northeast Region Anticipated Construction Cost: $2,000,000-$2,999,999 The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Rehabilitation project to resurface HMA mill and fill for 2.603 miles. Work includes culvert replacements and cleaning, replace all guardrail, curb and gutter spot replacement, base aggregate shouldering, pavement markings and curb ramps. It is both urban and rural in the City of Spooner on STH 70 from Auto Lane to USH 53, Washburn County. City of Spooner will likely reconstruct sanitary sewer/watermain under a separate city project. This will require significant coordination along more intensive public involvement. TLE exhibits are expected for real estate at the pedestrian curb ramp locations. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 DBE goal on project: No The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
