The perpetuation to resurface 5.51 miles of STH 27, from STH 70 East to STH 40, in the Village of Radisson and Towns of Radisson and Ojibwa, in Sawyer County. Anticipated 2" mill & pave 2" at 25 foot width except full width in curb and gutter sections in Radisson; and include all turn lanes & intersections. Other work includes replacing large culvert C-57-19 with a box culvert, culvert work (liner, replace endwalls, repair slopes/scours), clean ditches, clearing, curb & gutter, reconstruct inlets, and replace all guardrail, and pavement markings. The resurfacing work will be done under traffic using lane closures with flagging operation and structure work will be staged 1/2 at a time under single lane traffic with temporary traffic signals. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
