Remove all trash/debris, derelict small trailers at front, inoperable mowers, ALL ACCUMULATION, mow all high grass/weeds, removing any tree debris, taking all associated debris to an authorized landfill (operable maintenance utility trailer remains), secure one entry door, located near driveway, bottom portion, to secure home from vermin entering/exiting from structure (not attaching boarding to home itself as we cannot prevent ingress/egress, see below picture for additional detail). The awarded vendor must supply a certificate of insurance (Acord form showing the Highlands County Board of County Commissioners as the additionally insured) for the work to be performed or goods to be delivered pursuant to the purchase order issued pursuant to this Request before that purchase order will be issued.
