Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mehlville School District is accepting sealed bids/proposals for Kitchen Ceiling Repair work. All work specified in the RFP shall be substantially complete by Friday, August 3, 2018. Failure to do so will result in liquidated damages in the amount of $500/day. The existing concealed spline kitchen ceiling is to be removed completely and replaced with a new lay-in ceiling. Included in the scope of work is the following: - Replacement of existing lighting with new LED lay-in fixtures - Replacement of existing air devices and runouts with new. - Demolition of some existing conduit and wiring. - Installation of new power wiring. - Retrofit of three (3) electrical panels with new interior components and covers. - Wall patching, priming and painting.
