**As of May 3 2022, project was awarded to Specialty engineering Inc. for $234,700.00 . The start and completion date has not yet been confirmed. Specialty engineering Inc. , WA is the only bidder on this project. The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is seeking proposals from qualified industrial electric installation contractors to upgrade and extend the life of the Petersburg Substation, located in Petersburg, Alaska. Work shall be performed during the established outage dates of June 1-10, 2022. For purposes of this solicitation, the Southeast Alaska Power Agency may be referred to interchangeably as Owner, SEAPA, or Agency and the terms bidder, consultant, contractor, offeror, proposer, respondent, submitter, and vendor are used interchangeably and mean a person(s) or firm(s) submitting a response. Any proposal or modification to a proposal received after the due date will not be considered and will be deemed non-responsive. Bidder is responsible for all costs and expenses of bid preparation. Bidders are advised that their bid may be subject to full public disclosure.
