For furnishing Yard Waste Material Hauling and Fill Dirt Hauling, for the City of Cheyenne, Compost Facility. QUESTION SUBMISSION DATE: MARCH 3, 2022 TIME: 5:00 PM Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashiers check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City. Questions, Substitutions, Line Item Modifications, or Clarifications, shall be directed to the City Purchasing Manager, by email at tbarttelbort@cheyennecity.org. Questions will be received until 5:00 pm local time on MARCH 3, 2022, after which no additional questions will be accepted. The City will provide a response via Addendum no-later-than 5:00 pm local time on MARCH 4, 2022. Any or all changes, additions, or clarifications in connection with this Bid shall be issued by the City in the form of written addenda. Oral comments, responses and/or representations shall not be binding upon the City. If any Addenda are issued, each Bidder must sign the Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda form which will be included with any Addenda and submit the executed form with its Bid or acknowledge the issued Addenda within the Bid submission on the space provided.
