The scope of work included in increment 3 includes but is not limited to: Surveying Acoustical Ceiling Abatement and Demolition Resilient Flooring & Carpet Minor Structural Concrete Painting Masonry Signage Structural Steel & Metal Decking Specialties Rough Carpentry Window Coverings Casework Plumbing Roofing & Waterproofing HVAC Architectural Sheet Metal Electrical Drywall and Insulation Grading & Paving Doors, Frames & Hardware Site Concrete Glass & Glazing Fences & Gates Lath & Plaster Landscape & Irrigation Ceramic Tile Site Utilities This Notice is given pursuant to the requirements set forth in California Education Code 17406. The successful bidder will be selected on a best value basis. Upon completion of your application and prior to submitting, please select Fremont Unified School District under Step 5: District Selection. The District will not process prequalification applications submitted later than 10 business day prior to the deadline for submission of bids to Blach. This project is seeking a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) of at least three percent (3%). Bids from DVBE subcontractors/suppliers are welcomed.
