No visit is planned for this project by the KMHB. To access the site prior to submitting a bid, please contact the project manager. This contract is subject to the public procurement liberalization agreements established by the Government of Quebec: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (2008) (AQNB); Intergovernmental agreement on public procurement between the government of Quebec and the government of the state of New York (AQNY). Bid GUARANTEES Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a certified check or a tender bond, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender submitted. The whole, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days and made payable to or in favor of the Project Owner, the Kativik Municipal Housing Office (KMHB).
