Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes milling asphalt, tree removal, installing storm inlets and lateral pipe, replacing sump pumps, removing and replacing concrete sidewalk and driveways, replacing all of the curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt, adjusting various sanitary and storm structures, restoration, signage and any other incidental items necessary to complete said work as shown on the plans and these specifications. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and must be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashier's check, in the sum of five per cent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Kenosha as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of contract The City of Kenosha reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Kenosha.
