New flooring, SAT ceilings, lighting, some metal stud and drywall ceiling work, paint, etc in existing high school. New exterior wayfinding and monument signs, replacing and new exterior site lighting, exterior metal wall panel work. b. Some demolition must occur prior to abatement starting. This remainder of this project can begin on June 2, 2022 and must be completed by August 19, 2022. c. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00/day will apply to this project.
