Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Center, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,600-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Base Bid - Phase III Interior Renovations and Exterior Improvements at Mark Twain Jr/Sr High School - Architechnics, Inc Project Number 6363. Work consists of: 1) New flooring, SAT ceilings, lighting, some metal stud and drywall ceiling work, paint, etc in existing high school. 2) New 1600 sf addition with concrete foundations, floor, stud wall construction, insulated metal panels, gypsum wall board, painting, acoustic grid ceiling, metal joist roof framing, structural steel, and built up roofing. 3) Demolition of concrete parking lot and new concrete paving. 4) Demolition of existing lockers and installation of owner provided lockers. Building addition can begin immediately upon award of contract. Interior renovation and parking lot work can begin on May 26, 2023. Interior renovation work, office admin renovation work and parking lot work must be substantially completed by August 11, 2023. Remainder of building addition must be substantially complete by January 5, 2024. Liquidated damages of $1,000.00/day will apply to this project. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount FOR EACH BID OFFERED. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time specified in paragraph D.1.b of this section. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
