As of April 27, 2023 bids were canceled. No information for rebid. The work consists of the construction of a new City Building for the City of Fremont Hills. All Requests for Information (RFI) will be due to the Insight Design Architects (rapp@insightdesignarchitects.com) no later than 4:00 pm March 13, 2023. Response to any RFI will be issued via Addendum on approximately March 16, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids for a sound, documented reason. Each bidder shall file with their bid, a bidder s bond for 5 percent of the total amount of the base bid made payable to the City of Fremont Hills, hereinafter referred to as the City. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided to the City of Fremont Hills in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price in conformity with the requirements of the General Conditions. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards. The Contractor and their subcontractors will be obligated not to discriminate in employment practices. The nondiscrimination stipulations and wage rate determinations are included in the contract documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Base Bid, Single-Prime (All Trades) Contract: The undersigned Bidder, having carefully examined the Procurement and Contracting Requirements, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and all subsequent Addenda, as prepared by Insight Design Architects, LLC and Architect's consultants, having visited the site, and being familiar with all conditions and requirements of the Work, hereby agrees to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of the above-named project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting All Requests for Information (RFI) will be due to the Insight Design Architects (rapp@insightdesignarchitects.com) no later than 4:00 pm March 13, 2023.
