The Scope of Work for this project is to install a chain link fence at the future home of the Nixa Tree Farm, which is located at 1137 S. Norton Rd., Nixa, MO. Specifications for the project are as follows: Install a 100 x 100 - 6ft chain link fence Install (2) 10' gates (double gate) Flags have been placed to the area that the 100' X 100' fence is to be installed. City staff will monitor and inspect the progress and completion of the project. If any changes or modifications need to be made, the awarded contractor will be required to do so upon request. Payment will not be issued until the project has been approved by City staff.
