Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of, but not limited to: SITE Repair or replacement to exterior aluminum walkways. - Provide new ADA concrete rams to buildings 5,6,8,9,11 & 12 - New fire alarm system BUILDINGS 1, 2, 4, & 6 - Exterior painting - Replace windows - Removal of ceiling tiles for new fire alarm conduits/devices - Replacement of interior roof drains - Roof pull test report to verify and determine condition of existing roof - Removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment on bldgs. 2 & 6 roof for reroofing. BUILDINGS 5, 7, 8, 9 & 11 (Classrooms) - Exterior painting - Removal of ceiling tiles for new fire alarm conduits/devices - Removal of existing skylight and infill abandoned openings - Raise existing plumbing vents - Resloping roof to one direction - Installation of new gutters and downspouts to new underground storm drainage - Roof pull test report to verify and determine condition of existing roof - Removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment on roof for reroofing BUILDING 10 (Media Center) - Renovate existing Media center - Renovate existing restroom - Installation of new gutters and downspouts to new underground storm drainage - Resloping roof to one direction - Roof pull test report to verify and determine condition of existing roof - Removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment on roof for reroofing BUILDING 12 - Exterior painting - Removal of ceiling tiles for new fire alarm conduits/devices - Replacement of interior roof drains - Roof pull test report to verify and determine condition of existing roof - Removal and reinstallation of Roof Top Unit on new curb or stand for reroofing - Replacement of existing interior roof drains with new cast iron - Provide new emergency overflow roof drains. - Resloping roof to one direction - Raise existing roof hatch and ladder. - Removal of existing skylight and infill abandoned openings - Building 12 requires Double Acting Doors between classrooms for secondary means - of egress. BUILDINGS 13 & 14 - Removal of ceiling tiles for new fire alarm conduits/devices - Replacement of interior roof drains - Replacement of existing interior roof drains with new cast iron - Provide new emergency overflow roof drains. - Raise existing roof hatch and ladder. - Removal of existing skylight and infill abandoned openings - Roof pull test report to verify and determine condition of existing roof - Removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment on roof for reroofing - Building 13 requires Double Acting Doors between classrooms for secondary means - of egress.
