In general, the work includes, but is not limited to: Supply all labor and materials to install dimensional shingles. The roof system is to be installed as directed by the current Product Approval/NOA, and the current Florida Building Code High Velocity. Remove all existing roof shingles, vent boots, felt and drip edge. Inspect and replace any rotted fascia board. Proposal to include 8 sheets (4x8) of plywood decking, provide a per sheet price for any additional sheets required. Proposal to Include 100' of fascia board, provide a per sheet price for and additional fascia required. Re-nail all roof deck sheeting per the current Florida Building Code High Velocity. Install new drip edge per code. Install the underlayment as directed by the manufactures NOA and Florida Building Code HVWZ for 30# felt, corrosion resistant metal tin tabs and ring shank nails. Replace all removed vent caps with new. (Like for Like) Call Housing and the Building Department for roof inspections. Prime and paint to match any replaced fascia board and soffit. Pull magnet over the surrounding work area to remove any nails from the grass/yard around the home daily.
