Dallas College is seeking sealed bids from suppliers to procure one (1) new high-end ultrasound system and two (2) new mid-range ultrasound systems with a five (5) year warranty per machine or a five (5) year service contract. Deadline to receive written question/inquiries is February 28, 2022 by 4:00 P.M (CST). Responses to written questions/inquiries (estimated) is March 4, 2022. Written questions/inquiries may be sent via Jaggaer or emailed to Sofia Robles at sdr0002@dcccd.edu The successful bidder shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dallas College, members of the Board of Trustees, and Dallas Colleges officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and permitted assigns from and against any and all asserted, or threatened claims and all related losses, expenses, damages, costs and liabilities, including without limitation, personal injury, bodily injury, or property damage and/or reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in investigation or defense, arising out of or related to any act or omission by the successful bidder or its employees, invitees, agents, suppliers or subcontractor. The warranty or service contract arising from this award is not to exceed a term of five (5) years from the time of delivery. Dallas College reserves the right to award to multiple suppliers.
