The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following services for various City projects: a) Providing information related to projects to the community; b) In person meetings with stakeholders, including property owners adjacent to the project area, community council meetings, community conversations on challenging project impacts; c) Preparation of content for SLC project specific websites and outreach materials (email, flier, poster) for various City projects. T s is a two-year contract but can be amended to add an additional one (1) year extension. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
