Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Société des establishments de plein air du Québec (the Sépaq ) is requesting bids from contractors interested in carrying out grading, minor repairs and maintenance of roads and paths (the Works ) in the wildlife reserve Ashuapmushuan, for a period of two (2) seasons of operation. The Work will be carried out according to the needs of Sépaq by applying methods in forest land while taking into account the Regulation respecting the sustainable development of forests in the domain of the State, CQLR chapter A-18.1, r. 0.01, the RADF. Sépaq estimates the duration of the Works at an approximate annual quantity of two hundred and thirty hours (230 h) for grading and one hundred and ten hours (110 h) for minor repairs and maintenance of roads and paths. Rehabilitation and maintenance works consist of restoring a road or a section of a road to an acceptable state so that it is passable for users. This work must be carried out with a hydraulic shovel (codes 1310 to 1313) with a 0.8 m 3 to 1.0 m 3 bucket and a 10-wheel dump truck equipped with a flatbed. Grading work must be carried out with a Champion 740, John Deer 772 H type grader or its equivalent. All machinery must be equipped with a chatterbox to validate the billing. The location of the Works is illustrated in Appendix B and these are further detailed in Appendix C. The Works must be carried out between May 2, 2022 and October 21, 2022 for the first season of operation, and between May 1 , 2023 and October 20, 2023 for the second season.
