Upon submission, all bids will become the property of the BOCC, who has the right to use any or all ideas presented in any packages submitted in response to this ITB, whether or not the bid is accepted. The Selection Committee shall meet on March 22, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. in the Training Room located at 319 E. Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513 to review and discuss the bids. The Selection Committee s recommendation will be presented to the BOCC on April 12, 2022. This project will convert an existing no signalized intersection to a signalized intersection. The project will include installing mast arms, signal cabinet and hardware, traffic signals, video detection, turn lane extension, and all other equipment necessary to make the signalized intersection fully operational as identified in the SR 35/US 301 At Pepper Tree Lane/CR 124A signal plans. The project is located at US 301 MP 25.981.
