Landscaping Services at Various Massachusetts Port Authority Locations WRITTEN QUESTIONS DUE ....................... March 4, 2022 RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS POSTED .... March 9, 2022 CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT .................. April 1, 2022 The Authority intends to enter into one or more Agreements for the Scope of Service The term of the Agreement(s) shall be three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal options. The Authority reserves its rights with regard to earlier termination of the Agreement(s) in accordance with the terms therein. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment/Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract sum at the time of contract execution if the resulting contract is more than $25,000. Bonds shall be obtained from a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the form shall be satisfactory to the Authority. Proposer shall include with its submission a statement, signed under the pains and penalties of perjury, identifying and describing all local, state and federal criminal investigations or proceedings, or any other administrative, judicial, or regulatory matter currently pending against the Proposer, or its Principals (to include officers, members, directors. and partners) or concluded adversely to the Proposer, or its Principals, within the past five years, which might reasonably be construed to reflect adversely on the fitness of integrity of Proposer or its Principals to perform this contract for a public client. Failure to respond properly and accurately to this requirement may, in the Authority's sole discretion, result in rejection of your submission.
