City of Boston Police Department Invitation for Bids for EMS Telecommunication Upgrades to Existing Communication Facilities, For information please contact Brenda Harmon at 617-343-4429 or bpdcontracts@pd.boston.gov General Bids will be valid only when accompanied by (1) a Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM, showing that the general contractor has been approved in Telecommunications Systems to bid on projects the size and nature of that advertised, and (2) an Update Statement summarizing the general contractor's record for the period between the latest DCAMM certification and the date the general contractor submits its bid. Bidders are hereby notified that bid deposits must be 5% of his/her bid and shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check and made payable to the City of Boston.
