Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project is the tenant fit-out of a commercial food service space inside the Kennedy Campus Center at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Massachusetts. Work includes demo of existing tenant fit out, reconfiguration of MEP systems, installation of millwork package. Schedule for Summer 2022, Completion Fall 2022. Future scope to be determined. Estimated Cost $1 million The MSCBA requests Qualification Statements from firms interested in bidding on General Contract work. The General Contractor Selection Process will incorporate the requirements set forth in M.G.L. c. 149, 44D1/2. Responses from eligible General Contractors will be used to prequalify the firms to respond to one or more Request for Bids that will be issued by the Authority in the Spring 2022. Construction is expected to be performed during Summer 2022 through Fall 2022.
