Contractor required to provide all materials, equipment and labor for Masonry and Overhead door track repairs as specificed for the Davenport Maintenance Garage door #8 - Remove existing weather stripping - Remove existing damaged door track, at upper joint (approx. 11') - Remove existing 3/8" steel plate at jamb - Remove damaged brick and 6" CMU backup (lower 6 courses).Provide temporary shoring as required to maintain existing undamaged brick and CMU above. - Furnish and install normal weight 6" CMU (confirm existing depth) to replace existing. - Furnish and install new 4" utility brick (verify matching color) - Install new 3/8" x 6"( verify) galvanized steel plate full height of door jamb. Attach to existing masonry with new 1/4 " x 2" stainless steel flat head recessed screws with masonry /shields at 24" o.c. Prime and paint. Provide sealant along brick/steel plate joint line at the exterior and interior side. - Reinstall existing overhead door and provide new weather stripping for overhead door. - Install new steel door track, from upper joint.
