Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Austin, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 25, 2022, project has been completely canceled. Lakeside Water Control and Improvement District No. 2A (WCID2A) is seeking to enter into a design/build services contract with a professional design/build firm for the Park at Blackhawk IV Phase 1 Playground. Subject line of the email must state Park at Blackhawk IV Phase 1 Playground. Scope of Work The Design/Build contract will encompass all project related design and construction services for Lakeside WCID2A, including but not limited to the following: Preliminary and final design plans, specifications, and construction of a Playground including native landscaping Temporary Sign Conduct all field testing and inspections (interim and final); and Other services determined by Lakeside WCID2A. Please specify actual tasks to be performed. No bid security shall be required for the bid. By submitting a bid, the contractor has indicated that he intends to enter into a contract to perform the work at the bid price as submitted. No proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the deadline for submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all formalities in the bidding process. The Owner also reserves the right to determine which bid is most advantageous and to award the contract on this basis.
