The Town of Evans is seeking eligible contractors to participate in the Town's Property Maintenance Program. Payment rates were approved by the Evans Town Board, by resolution, on February 16, 2022. Please refer to Property Maintenance 2022 information provided under the Code Enforcement Website Page on the Town of Evans website (townofevans.org) for the established payment rates. All contractors interested in providing any of the following types of Property Maintenance services: Grass cutting, seasonal clean-up, board-up, emergency board-up, close up of inground pools and close up and/or removal of above ground pools and decks for the Town of Evans, please fill out the Property Maintenance application available on the Town of Evans website and submit required insurances no later than Monday, March 21, 2022. If you should have any questions please contact the Town of Evans Code Enforcement Office at 716-549-5753, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
