Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evans, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Pedestrian Walkway Construction, Drainage Improvements, and Road Rehabilitation of Lake Shore Road (Cr 111), 1.22 Mi. Rehabilitation and reconstruction of asphalt pavement, widen shoulders, replacement of storm drainage system, utility relocations & pedestrian walkway construction. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bidder's certified check, as bid deposit, payable to the "County of Erie" in the amount of $150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand dollars). The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract and comply in all respects with Highway Law and local laws governing the awarding of the contract. Completion anticipated by July 31, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, if deemed in the best interest of Erie County. Questions During Bidding: No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally.
