Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Richmond, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Approximately 6,715 SFT of roof improvements including removal of existing gravel ballast and gutters, and installation of new fully adhered insulation, fully adhered EPDM membrane material, and 6" flanged box gutters. Work consists of the following: - Remove and dispose of existing gravel, gutters, and antennae anchors. Blow off any dirt or debris to allow adhesion to BUR roof. - Inspect wood fascia and replace damaged materials per contract unit price. - Perform infrared inspection of insulation. Remove and replace wet insulation and damaged wood decking per contract unit price. - Install adhered 3-inch rigid polyisocyanurate insulation system per specifications. - Provide new fully-adhered 0.060 mil EPDM single-ply membrane per specifications. o Disconnect & temporarily relocate floating rooftop equipment as necessary to complete project. Provide walkway pad under equipment and at location shown on the plans. - Install termination bar at wall flashings. - Install aluminum fascia over wood fascia. - Install new 6" flanged box gutters with EPDM flashing, downspouts, and all necessary components.
