Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,350-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of complete structure demolition of the 1,350 sft DPW Meter Building, approximately 1,220 sft of concrete sidewalk removal, 3,200 sft of asphalt pavement removal, and 100 ft of 8" storm sewer removal. Public and Private utilities will be abandoned/terminated by the utility owner prior to demolition. Property details and color photographs of the project areas are located in the Specifications for Bidder's reference. A survey was completed for Asbestos containing materials and NO Asbestos was identified.
